As a professional Supply teacher, instructor or cover supervisor you will need

* Superb communication skills.
* Great numeracy and literacy.
* Good behaviour management.
* Excellent classroom practice to motivate and enable learning in pupils of all abilities and needs.
* A clear understanding of the national curriculum
The ability to adapt and improvise.

We work with a range of Supportive Schools who provide timetables, seating plans, school maps and everything needed to make your day a success as you take the important mantle from schools own teaching staff. Schools will always look to utilise subject specialisms and we ask that all supply staff are flexible as you may be required to work across a range of subjects.
