Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a graduate Teaching Assistant to join a large and creative school in Havering. This role is to start immediately and will run until July 2019.

The school is a 4-form entry Primary School with a very creative attitude to working with children, as a graduate Teaching Assistant you will ideally be looking to move into teaching in the future.

Ideally you will:

*Recently graduated
*Have strong literacy and numeracy skills
*Have experience working with children before
*Might be thinking about becoming a teacher one day

The role will be very varied, at first you will be moved around the school to see what year group best suits you.

The Primary School is based in Havering is easily accessible from the TFL.

The Primary School will offer the successful Graduate Teaching Assistant a range of training and developments programmes as well as the opportunity to join a school direct programme.

Your role will involve:

*Learning support and teaching for groups or individual pupils
*Support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
*Pastoral support at play and lunchtimes
*Additional tasks as determined by the needs of the school - this may include working with parents, administrative duties and first aid
