THE ROLE:
You will be working in Partnership with an experienced year 2 teacher in regards to the preparation and planning of lessons and the overall behaviour management of the class. You will be expected to work with some students diagnosed with SEN and teach groups of students in small intervention/booster classes.

The school believes that continuity is the important for the students' development so if the class teacher is sick you will be expected to run the class on your own. Through the academic year, the teacher will be continuously upskilling you to become confident in front of the class.
