Tradewind Recruitment is working with a busy and progressive Secondary School in Hillingdon who are seeking a confident Teaching Assistant to join their support team. They are seeking a graduate from either a Maths or Science discipline, who would be confident supporting students in KS3 and KS4 Maths and Science classes. This is a full time, long term role that will commence immediately, and run until the end of the academic year in the first instance and pays between £70 - £80 per day based on experience. The Role - Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon, West London:
- This role will see you working with a group of key students who have mild SEN or who are facing other barriers to their learning
- You will support key students within their classes, specifically Maths and Science classes, to promote engagements and to support them academically when necessary
- You will also plan, prepare and deliver individual and small group intervention sessions to catch up on specific areas of the curriculum
- This school is passionate about career progression, so will be able to offer training to those who are particularly interested in becoming Teachers in the future.
