Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic early years professional. Our client school has a job opening for a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long term, full time basis.
This job vacancy has come to light due to a member of staff retiring, so there will be a permanent job opportunity for the right person. Therefore you will initially be employed by Tradewind working directly at the school with a view to go onto a fixed term contract.
I would describe the school as the hub of the community with an excellent reputation. The staff are all very supportive, and the head teacher is described as hands on with strong leadership attributes.
If you are interested in this role, it is essential that you hold a level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification (or equivalent) and have experience and a good understanding of the early year framework. You would also need to be confident with phonics and willing to involve yourself with the schools Catholic ethos.
