Tradewind are currently working with a truly unique school who are searching for a regular teaching assistant/cover supervisor to work in the 'self directed learning' area of the school. Students from lots of different subjects will be working in the same area, and we are looking for a practitioner to supervise behaviour and motivate students. Behaviour is excellent, so this is more of a motivational role. This role would be perfect for: teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and even qualified teachers. As this is a support role, candidates can expect to be paid between £60 and £70 per day for this role. Initially this will be on a flexible/casual basis, but may lead to a more stable position in the future.

The school is a truly unique environment, and it has a huge focus on self-directed learning, meaning that student behaviour and motivation is extremely high. With the focus on study skills, collaboration and motivation, this is a unique and refreshing setting, perfect for someone looking for their next position. Use of technology in the classroom is also highly favoured, and practitioners who are successful in this role will have the opportunity to really explore their pedagogy.

We are looking for:
*A committed practitioner who can enthuse and motivate students.
*A committed practitioner who wants to attain the highest standards for their students.
*A practitioner who is dedicated to creating innovative lessons for their students.

The school is incredibly accessible, being just across the road from a bus stop, and it has a large amount of free on-site parking.

The school can offer you:
*Excellent CPD and room for professional development.
*A strong, cohesive department.
*The opportunity to explore your teaching techniques.

By registering with Tradewind, we can offer you:

*We attract top education talent and in return offer top rates of pay
