Tradewind recruitment are currently looking for a caring, professional and dynamic Teaching Assistant for a high achieving primary school in SE1.

This is a friendly, happy Church of England school at the heart of a rich and vibrant community near Borough market in Southwark. The Teaching Assistant:

*Ideally hold a degree (in any subject) or other relevant qualifications
*Must have experience working with children ideally 5-6 year olds
*Possess good overall knowledge of SEN
*Be able to support children on a 1 to 1 basis as well as in groups
*Be proactive and positive in their work ethic, showing energy and enthusiasm
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children, and their parents
*Should set clear boundaries and be assertive when necessary

To be successful in applying you must:

*Have relevant experience or qualifications
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must include full details of Education and work history, any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
