Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience, to work in a school based in Harlow. You will be working in various classrooms throughout the school, supporting the learning of the pupils and assisting the class teacher with the delivery of the lesson.

Our client school is a large primary school in the centre of Harlow who have a welcoming and supportive atmosphere and team. They are looking to appoint a friendly, charismatic and engaging Teaching Assistant who puts the progress and development of pupils first.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be expected:
To incorporate learning in a primary classroom based environment
To confidently speak to children and follow instructions whilst working collaboratively with the class teacher
To be able to effectively work alone and in a team.
To have strong initiative
To work well with all members of staff to ensure all children's needs are being met

You will need:
A DBS on the Online Update Service or the willingness to undertake a new check
At least one years experience working within a school, nursery or with young people with Special Needs
A CACHE Level 3 would be desirable but not essential
