Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding SEN Teaching assistant for leading special school in Croydon. The role is a full-time Learning Support assistant position with ASD. The post is to start in January 2020 working until the end of the year, with the potential for it to continue into a permanent position.

This leading Croydon Special school are looking for an experienced 121 learning support assistant with ASD 121 experience. The school will accept applications from a current SEN Teaching Assistant or a SEN Teaching Assistant who can show they have the ability to make a positive impact on the pupils from September.
To be successful in your application you must be an inspirational SEN Teaching Assistant looking to take on increased responsibility with pupils with ASD.
The school caters for children with Autism. The children have a wide variety of difficulties including developmental delay, emotional and behavioural problems, autistic spectrum disorders as well as moderate learning difficulties. The school is well resourced and has excellent amenities as well as enjoying a professional and caring work ethos. The school possesses a calm and secure work environment and is led by a strong Head Teacher who provides exceptional on-going support throughout the school. The school is located very close to a mainline station.

*Teaching Assistant experience is essential, also previous experience with Autism and challenging behaviour
