The role

As a Trainee Education Consultant your role will be to support schools in greater Manchester with their Teacher recruitment, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Growing an area of client schools through cold calling and targeted mailing campaigns.
To manage a database of candidates and ensure you provide a steady flow of work
To maintain exceptional levels of customer service to both your client schools and candidates.
Grow a candidate database though job adverts and CV searches

Compensation:
