Trainee Teacher

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Trainee Secondary Teacher to work in a lovely academy in the Swindon area. This role would be starting in September on a 12-month contract with a possibility of it being extended, depending on the needs of the school. This teacher will need to be degree qualified and looking to start a career in teaching. We are looking for a Trainee Secondary Teacher who:
*Be an inspirational and enthusiastic individual
*Have or be on a course to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree
*Be an excellent role model who actively promotes the skills, attributes and behaviours import in a classroom.
*Have experience working with children.
*Have the highest expectation in behaviour.
*Be committed to work as a part of a team.
*Be highly organised.
*Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Teaching to range of mixed ability groups within KS3 & KS4.
This academy is located in North Swindon, which is easy to get to via car and public transport. This could be walking distance depending where you live. If you drive, you can easily access this school from Swindon, Bristol, Devizes, Chippenham, Cirencester and Melksham.
