Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an Art Teacher/ Specialist/ Tutor to work 2 hours a day from 3.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday within an Alternative Provision in Preston. The Alternative provision works with pupils with EBSD, SEMH, Medical and Behaviour difficulties from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4 pupils who have been permanently excluded from mainstream settings. The role is to start as soon as possible until July 2019.

The role will be delivering lessons across Key stage 3 and Key stage 4 on a 1:1 basis. You will be required to plan and deliver your own sessions to the need of the pupils. You will be required to think creatively and imaginatively to engage, motivate and inspire pupils with behaviour difficulties.

The Alternative provision is passionate that all pupils have access and support to achieve their specific personal, social and academic needs and help them overcome any barriers.

The right person will;
*Experience working within Alternative Provision
*Excellent behaviour management
*Be confident with delivering GSCE
*Promote healthy expression and how to transfer that into positive creativity
*Experience delivering 121 and/or small groups
