About the Role - Year 2 Teacher and Year Group Leader - Barking, East London

*As a Year 2 Teacher the school is expecting the incoming candidate to be able to engage, inspire and progress students with high quality lessons daily.
*As a Year Group Leader, the school will be looking for the incoming teacher to help support and develop colleagues to become better in all areas. This will require someone who is personable and able to help develop staff in a constructive manner.
*This school does not have serious behaviour issues but those who can class manage and ensure pupils are on task will be essential.
