COVID-19 notice: We're continuing to recruit education staff throughout these unprecedented times, as we can still get you registered and cleared ready for when schools re-open. Instead of face-to-face meetings, all interviews will be via phone and we can guide you through submitting your documents online.

The role will start in September 2020 and initially for the academic year, until July 2021, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team.

There is a lovely, busy and creative atmosphere around the school and a really positive energy. The Headteacher, who has been in place for a few years has put together a great team, including a dedicated leadership team. The school was given a "good" rating by Ofsted and the report mentioned a harmonious atmosphere in the school with good behaviour and children who enjoy going to school.

The year group team has been together for a couple of years and they work closely together, planning each week to share ideas and resources, so the school is seeking a strong team player.
The|Head is seeking a teacher who has at least 1 year of experience as they, unfortunately, do not have the resources to commit a mentor to an NQT next year.

The class were progressing well in Year 2 before lockdown and children in the class have a range of abilities, so differentiation is essential to enable all pupils to access the curriculum. Behaviour is good and they respond well to a positive approach from the class teacher. You will also have two teaching assistant who will work alongside you on a part-time basis.

This will be a loveky opportunity in a great school. The school is well-served by public transport and also has on-street parking for drivers.
