Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative practitioner to join their forward thinking and successful primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning in a Year 3 class. The role is due to start ASAP. Main pay scales available dependent on experience.

The Headteacher is looking for a highly motivated practitioner with excellent classroom management and a proven track record of raising attainment. The successful candidate will be passionate about making learning fun, relevant and enjoyable. The successful candidate will be able to complete the following:



Provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which each student can reach their full potential
Use targeted teaching to make sure all students make fast and constant progress across all the curriculum
Have high aspirations and expectations on students in both behaviour and achievement
Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions
Fit in with the diverse, inclusive curriculum which is balanced and differentiated to the needs of each student


The school is located in Wembley and is served by excellent public transport links. Parking is available for any staff who wish to drive.

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualifications
