Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a temporary post covering a Year 3 class where the desired candidate will support them for at least a term. The successful applicant will be able to confidently teach across KS2 with mixed ability pupils and within a driven and supportive team.

This school has a focus on reducing teacher workload and has developed streamlined approaches to both marking and assessment. The SLT team promote innovative teaching and learning styles and staff members share good practice. You will require exceptional behaviour management skills and experience with teaching and supporting mixed ability groups with support from a TA.

To be eligible to apply for this role you will need:
*Qualified Teacher Status
*DBS on the update service
*To be able to provide two teaching references within the last two years
*Exceptional behaviour management capability
*Experience in teaching in Lower KS2
*Intervention experience
*A positive and passionate approach to teaching
*A flexible and adaptable approach to work
