Tradewind Manchester are recruiting a hardworking and dedicated Year 4 teacher for Rochdale.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced, results driven and hardworking Year 4 teacher for a 2-form entry school in Rochdale. This position is due to ASAP unforeseen circumstances. However, arrangements have been made in the interim period, so the school could wait until after October half term for the right person. This role is a full-time, fixed term contract until the end of July 2020 with a pay rate of up to £170 per day. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to earn a permanent contract and they are open to NQT's and experienced teachers alike.

*Hold QTS Status
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school:
This school is an 'good' school having had an Ofsted inspection in March 2019. The school sits at the heart of the community is a church school with a multi-faith context. Their vision is to create a caring and Christian community with a love of learning where children achieve their potential, are confident in themselves and their abilities and are set of a positive path for life. The school currently has 359 children and includes a nursery provision.

They put a high value on the social, emotional, spiritual and cultural aspects of education as well as the academic side. As a result, they offer a lot of alternative provision and encourage children to lean through music, sport, adventure and offer several residential trips. The school also places a high emphasis on environmental education and has extensive grounds which they use for outdoor learning and Forest school activities.

About the role:
This is an exciting but demanding role for the right teacher. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the children have already experienced a change of teacher early in the academic year. This is not ideal and as such an energetic teacher with a creative and engaging outlook on the curriculum would be well suited to ensure the children remain engaged and active throughout the year.
There will be plenty of support from the SLT and you will have 3 TA's in the class working with a variety of children on a 1-1 basis. This position is open to NQT's and experienced teachers alike.
