Pastoral Support Officer, Blackpool

£90 - £125 per day

Are you a Behaviour/ Pastoral Specialist looking for a new challenge in a School in Blackpool?

Tradewind are currently working in a partnership with an Alternative Provision School in the Blackpool area to recruit an experienced Pastoral Support Officer with strong behaviour management to start with them on a full-time basis from September 2024 - July 2025 5 days a week with the chance of going permanent.

This Alternative Provision School caters for pupils aged 11- 16-year-olds. You shall be required to work closely with pupils across all key stages.

As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will be required to -

  • Deliver 1-2-1
  • Work alongside the behavioural Manager
  • Home visits
  • Attendance
  • Pastoral

We are looking for:

  • Dedication to making a positive impact with all pupils.
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with pupils that have EHC Plans, Alternative Provision and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties.

This Alternative Provision School is based in Blackpool and is close to motorway links, additionally if you are travelling by public transport there is a bus stop outside the school.
