Job Advert: Part-Time Year 3 Teacher
Location: South Sheffield
Contract Type: Part-Time (3 Days: Monday to Wednesday)
Start Date: October Half-Term
Contract Duration: Fixed Term until July 2025

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Part-Time Year 3 Teacher to join our small and friendly primary school in South Sheffield. This is a fixed-term contract starting October half-term and running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

About the Role:

  • Part-Time Role: You will be teaching a Year 3 class Monday to Wednesday.
  • Shared Teaching Responsibilities: You will work alongside an established teacher, collaborating on lesson planning, assessments, and classroom responsibilities.
  • Full Teacher Role: In addition to teaching, you will be involved in planning, assessments, and attending staff meetings, ensuring the best outcomes for your pupils.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential).
  • Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcomed.
  • Strong commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to work effectively in partnership with the established teacher.
  • Passionate about supporting children's development and progress in a nurturing school environment.
