SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a small, welcoming secondary special needs school in the London Borough of Harrow. They are looking for a special needs teacher for the Autumn term (Sept- Dec 2024).

They are looking for a special needs teacher for an SLD (severe learning disability) class (year 8).

The school caters to students with specific learning disabilities, visual/hearing impairments, speech and language difficulties, Autism, SEMH - social, emotional and mental health, multi-sensory impairment, physical disabilities and moderate learning difficulties.

• Have previous experience as a special needs teacher
• Have QTS
• Be calm and patient 
• Have a good ability to build rapport and connect with young people 
• Be able to enforce routine and boundaries 
• Be empathetic and understanding
