Business Studies Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Business Studies Teacher to work at a mixed comprehensive school in the Maidstone area.

The role:

• Plan and deliver exciting Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire and motivate students with proven teaching strategies to ensure success
• Assess and monitor the progress of students ensuring effective support is put in place where necessary
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Business Studies curriculum and Department

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of teaching Business Studies across KS3 and KS4
• Be willing to teach some Computer Science lessons when required
• Excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure the best possible learning environment
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
