SEN Teaching Assistant
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with SEND Schools in Liverpool to recruit dedicated and caring individuals to fill SEN Teaching Assistant roles.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will be:
- Providing support to students with SEND to help them develop both academically and socially.
- Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants and other support staff to create a well-rounded learning environment.
- Support behaviour management both within the classroom and around the school.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students with diverse needs.
To be considered for the role of a SEN Teaching Assistant you should:
- Have experience working with children or adults with SEND is highly beneficial.
- Have patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
- Have a full education and employment history with all gaps explained.
- Have satisfactory references.
