Join us today! Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an inspirational PE Teacher to work at a secondary school in the Maidstone area. The role is to start ASAP until the end of the year in the first instance - full time with a salary of between £31,650 and £49,084 depending on experience.
The role:
- Plan and deliver creative and exciting practical and theory lessons across KS3 and KS4 students ensuring all abilities are met
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and succeed
- Lead extracurricular sports clubs and teams providing opportunities for students to develop their skills and interests outside of the classroom
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of working with secondary school students teaching PE
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
