Role Overview: As a Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the science department by preparing and maintaining equipment and materials for practical lessons. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up equipment and materials for science experiments
- Ensure the safe storage and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials
- Assist teachers and students during practical lessons
- Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the science department
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Science Technician is advantageous
- Educational background in a relevant scientific field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a laboratory setting

Hourly Rate: The rate for this position is £12.50 to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
