As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data, ensuring that accurate and insightful reports are generated to support school leadership, teaching staff, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the school's data systems with a specific focus on Arbor.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports to inform decision-making.
• Ensure data is analysed effectively, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee the input, processing, and management of student data, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Train and support staff on the effective use of Arbor and other data management systems.

• Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
