SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start after October Half Term

ABOUT THE HLTA ROLE:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will need to:
- Cover whole classes/ teach- delivering KS1/KS2 curriculum
- Run and prepare interventions with identified students across the Key Stages
- Attend class and staff meetings
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or PGCE/QTS
- Have a desire to encourage student aspiration
- Be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks
- Be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required
- Have the ability to cover/teach across the Key Stages
- Be able to plan and resource as part of a team, and work in collaboration
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
