Location: Kensington and Chelsea, London
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Term-time only
Pay: £95-£105 per day (based on experience)

A thriving secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team in January 2025. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management or a related field who is eager to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students, helping them stay engaged in their learning.
- Foster a positive school environment by promoting constructive behaviour strategies.
- Manage low-level disruptions and help maintain focus in the classroom.
- Offer emotional and social support to students struggling with self-regulation.
- Supervise the isolation room and oversee detentions when required.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar support role.
- Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic, and firm approach.
- Familiarity with SIMS or other school systems for tracking behaviour (preferred).
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 4:15 pm.
- Contract: Full-time, term-time only, until July 2025.
