Early Years Practitioner - Barking and Dagenham
Tradewind is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery in Barking and Dagenham.
This nursery offers an enriching, child-centred environment designed specifically for babies, toddlers, and pre-school-aged children. Your Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to individual key children to promote developmental milestones.
- Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning journeys.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Promote and ensure safeguarding, child protection, health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant).
- Passion for creating fun and engaging learning experiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
