About the Role:
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic with OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year.

Your Role:
- Source and interview candidates.
- Create CV profiles for clients.
- Work with the sales team to increase placements.
- Meet weekly targets and earn commission.
Support & Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced consultants.
After Your First Year: You'll move to a Sales Desk with advanced training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
Your Path to Success: Many of our top consultants started as Recruitment Consultants and grew quickly.
