Teacher of History

Are you a Teacher of History available to start after February half term? If so please get in touch. We have a secondary school in Southport who need a Teacher of History to deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The role is until the end of term, 18^th July 2025

The role:

• Qualified and experienced Teacher of History
• Good curriculum knowledge of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 History
• Full-time position
• 24^th February January 2025 start
• Until 18^th July 2025
• Pay up to £223.62 per day depending on experience.

The school:

• 11-16 secondary school
• Mixed school
• 900 + students on roll

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching History to KS3 and KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
