THE ROLE
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities.
- Supporting children's social and emotional development.
- Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Observing and assessing children's progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Assisting with personal care when necessary.
- Working closely with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- CACHE Level 3 qualification (essential)
- Experience in EYFS is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work full-time during term time
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to a school environment
