SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working with a primary school in Hounslow, looking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the academic year, with the potential to continue beyond.

The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a strong grasp of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

The Role:

Working closely with parallel class teacher and phase leader

Salary: £36,413 - £48,532 (Outer London M1-M6, dependent on experience)

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent or relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

Confident in literacy, numeracy, and delivering engaging lessons

Organised and able to plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons

Committed to maintaining high expectations and supporting pupil progress
