What you'll need:

* Experience supporting students in a School environment is desirable but not essential - we have our very own TA School to get you certified!
* A passion for helping young people achieve their potential and a positive, proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with students and staff
* Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate are beneficial but not mandatory
* Graduates or individuals looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training are also encouraged to apply
