Finance Administrator - Secondary School - Barnet - ASAP Start - Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a fantastic secondary school in Barnet seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), ideal for someone looking to contribute their administrative and financial skills within an educational setting.
Finance Administrator - Role Overview
Support the School Business Manager with day-to-day financial administration.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update financial records and databases in line with school policies.
Assist with budget monitoring and preparation of financial reports.
Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding finance-related queries.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and audit requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role (school experience desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using Excel, accounting software, and administrative systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
