We are working with a number of secondary schools across Brackley and the surrounding areas that are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed individuals to join their teams as Unqualified Teachers from ASAP or January 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, sports coaches, youth workers, or mentors who are considering a career in education. With both flexible and full-time roles available, this position allows you to develop hands-on classroom experience while receiving guidance and support from experienced teachers and education consultants.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher

  • Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

  • Support students with their learning, wellbeing, and engagement in lessons

  • Work collaboratively with school staff to promote academic progress and inclusion

  • Gain experience across a variety of subjects and key stages

Who We're Looking For:

  • Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth work)

  • Confident communicators able to motivate and manage a classroom effectively

  • Proactive and adaptable individuals with a genuine passion for education

  • Those considering teacher training routes (PGCE/SCITT) or careers in education

  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players ready to make a difference
