Salary: £100-£225 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026

English Teacher - Wellingborough

In partnership with local secondary schools, Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teacher to join a high-performing department in the Wellingborough area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

The Role:

  • Teach English Language and Literature to KS3 & KS4

  • Plan and deliver creative, challenging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Assess, track, and support student progress

  • Contribute to a supportive, collaborative English department

  • Create a positive, motivating classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching English at secondary level

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English

  • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
