SEN Maths Teacher - Northampton
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a passionate and adaptable SEN Maths Teacher to work across a range of specialist schools in Northampton. These schools support children and young people with diverse additional needs, and we are seeking a teacher who can bring creativity, patience and confidence to the classroom.
Our partner schools cater for students with:
Communication & Interaction needs - including Autism and pupils who benefit from clear structure and visual support.
Cognition & Learning needs - such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and general learning difficulties.
Sensory or Physical needs - students who may require adapted resources or adjustments to the learning environment.
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties - where learning is highly personalised and practical.
Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs - including ADHD and pupils who need consistent routines and encouragement.
We are looking for someone who can deliver engaging Maths lessons at different levels, work well with support staff, and build positive relationships with students. Experience in SEN is beneficial, but strong mainstream Maths teachers with an interest in SEN are also welcome.
