Whether you have school-based experience or come from a background in care, youth work, tutoring, or SEN support, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a genuine difference in pupils' learning and wellbeing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils

  • Assist with classroom preparation and organisation

  • Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning

  • Encourage student engagement, confidence, and progress

  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people

  • A patient, nurturing, and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for supporting education and child development

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
