Mathematics Teacher - Northampton
Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 | Full-Time | Permanent or Long-Term Roles Available

What the Role Involves:

  • Teaching engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5 teaching in some schools)

  • Creating lessons that promote problem-solving, logical thinking, and mathematical confidence

  • Using effective strategies to meet the needs of students with varying abilities

  • Working collaboratively within a supportive Mathematics department that shares resources and best practice

  • Contributing to the wider school community through enrichment activities, Maths clubs, and STEM initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and GCSE content

  • A passion for making Maths meaningful, enjoyable, and accessible for all learners

  • A committed and adaptable teacher who brings a positive attitude to school life

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethos

ECTs are encouraged to apply-schools offer excellent induction support and mentoring.
