Maths Teacher
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Start Date: January 2026 | Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role:

  • Teach engaging, well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)

  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners

  • Foster mathematical reasoning, curiosity, and resilience through active, inspiring lessons

  • Track progress and provide meaningful feedback to support continual improvement

  • Contribute to curriculum development, numeracy initiatives, and extracurricular opportunities such as Maths clubs, competitions, or educational trips

  • Work collaboratively within a committed, high-performing Maths department

We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher of Mathematics with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)

  • Strong subject knowledge and a solid understanding of the UK Maths curriculum

  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons that challenge high achievers and support those who find Maths more difficult

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • A reflective, growth-focused mindset with a commitment to inclusive practice

  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply - full induction and mentoring are available
