Maths Teacher
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

About the Role:
Teach engaging, well-structured Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available depending on experience)
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners
Foster mathematical reasoning, curiosity, and resilience through active, inspiring lessons
Track progress and provide meaningful feedback to support continual improvement
Contribute to curriculum development, numeracy initiatives, and extracurricular opportunities such as Maths clubs, competitions, or educational trips
Work collaboratively within a committed, high-performing Maths department
We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher of Mathematics with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge and a solid understanding of the UK Maths curriculum
Ability to deliver engaging lessons that challenge high achievers and support those who find Maths more difficult
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A reflective, growth-focused mindset with a commitment to inclusive practice
