Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential to become permanent)

Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)

About the Role

We are looking for a committed Key Stage 2 practitioner who can deliver high‑quality teaching, create an engaging learning environment, and help pupils achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver exciting and effective KS2 lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and progress
  • Assess, track and report pupil attainment
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A reflective, proactive and child‑focused approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
