Teaching Assistant - Kettering

£90-£95 per day | Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Kettering area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Providing tailored support to help pupils reach their full potential

  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

  • SEN experience is highly desirable but not essential

  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
