About the Role

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Helping students overcome barriers to learning
Supporting children with additional learning needs where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities

Requirements

Previous experience working with children or young people
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting student success
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
