English Teacher - Southend-on-Sea

This exciting opportunity is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who are passionate about English and committed to helping students develop their literacy, communication, and analytical skills.
The successful candidate will join a supportive and ambitious English department, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced applicants.
The successful English Teacher will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting, or be an ECT with successful teaching placements.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
Have a passion for literature, language, and student achievement.
Be dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
