Your role will be to teach children at either Key Stage 1 (aged five to seven) or Key Stage 2 (aged seven to eleven). Roles you will have as a Teacher
- Create daily lesson plans and ensure lesson objectives are met

Qualifications Needed
To become a Primary School Teacher, you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). If you already have a Degree, you can then go on to do a Postgraduate Teacher Training Course which can either be completed with your University or with a school.
Other Requirements:
- GCSE qualifications in the core subjects graded A*-C, and A’ Levels or equivalent
- You need to be able to pass simple numeracy and literacy skills tests
- You must have work experience with children, which can be completed as part of your qualification
- A DBS check will be carried out
