I really do not think there enough positive adjectives to describe how helpful and skilful Carlo has been in providing personnel for us. There has been occasions where he has had to provide us with cover at the last minute and he fulfils this role fantastically. Carlo is very easy to communicate with and there have been times where he has sorted out things for us on a Sunday evening so that our school is ready to receive a Trade Wind applicant on Monday morning.
