I have been working with Tradewind for 6 months and they have made my transition to supply stress-free. Georgia has found me a range of schools to work with, all within an hours drive of my house. Even in September when there were less roles, she made sure I was getting days as a teacher or a TA to get me through. I only work part time but Georgia has always offered me weeks of full time work in the area if I wanted them and has made me feel totally comfortable in turning down work that I didn’t fancy!
