"I was made redundant back in October and decided to go to an agency for support. After two very disappointing experiences with other agencies, I applied for a Teaching Assistant role online and it was through Tradewind; which I didn't know at the time was an agency. I originally, thought "oh here we go again", but after speaking to Liam and telling him my concerns about agencies, he swore he would get me work in the areas I had asked for, and to my surprise he did!! I moved to Liverpool at the end of August 2021 and was introduced to Liam at Tradewind via a friend. Not knowing anything at all, or any areas in Liverpool, Liam couldn’t have done more to make me feel comfortable looking for work.
