Salary Range: £80.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)

Requirements: Previous child-based experience and a DBS on the update service

Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at our school, you will play a crucial role in the learning journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

📚 Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

📚 Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help

📚 Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

📚 Helping with classroom management and behaviour support

📚 Contributing to the school's extracurricular activities and events

📚 Collaborating with teaching staff to assess and track student progress

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

✅ A passion for education and a desire to support student's learning

✅ Previous child-based experience (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school environment

✅ A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service

✅ A strong work ethic and commitment to the academic success of students
