Tradewind are currently recruiting for an extraordinary 1:1 English teacher for a network of Lincolnshire schools within an Academy Trust. This position will start September 2020, but if the schools engage students through summer, there may be a requirement to start sooner.
Due to the nature of this role, there is no end date planned as it is a flexible role that will be required for the foreseeable future. There is the possibility that this role could become permanent for the right candidate.
As this requirement is for a fully qualified English Teacher which will require you to plan, assess and mark, you can expect to be paid on the main pay scale which equates to a maximum of £184 per day.

The Trust believes in ensuring all staff are supported through ongoing individualised CPD programmes and you will have regular support with your direct line manager.
This network of schools delivers up to Key Stage 5 so the ability to support GCSE students is essential and A Level students desirable.

It is advised candidates have access to their own transport as the network of schools cover a varied geographical spread which means it's not suitable to rely on public transport links.
All schools offer ample onsite parking.

Essential requirements:
QTS is essential for this post with a degree in English as a desirable - other humanities subjects could be considered if you can demonstrate delivery of GCSE English previously.
Candidates must be able to provide legal right to work in the UK in order to apply for this role. Successful applicants will also need to provide a full ten year work history and an enhanced DBS check.
